The Orangeville Kin Club had to cancel this year’s Santa Claus Parade in Orangeville
In a statement, the club says the decision was not made lightly as they take pride in putting on the event every year.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, they say they had to take every aspect of the parade into consideration.
Their biggest concern was the participants and parade watchers coming together at a time of year when there is an increased risk of infection.
The Kin Club of Orangeville thanks everyone for their understanding and support.
