There is a chance of some severe thunderstorms Thursday.
Environment Canada has issued severe thunderstorm watches and warnings for late morning or early afternoon, for a storm system tracking southeast.
They say there could be large hail with these thunderstorms, gusting wind up to 90 km/h, and heavy rainfall.
The line of storms is expected to move out of the area this afternoon.
Weather officials issue a reminder that strong wind gusts can toss around loose objects or break trees, and if you hear thunder, then lightning is close enough to be dangerous.
Emergency Management Ontario recommends that you take cover immediately if threatening weather approaches.
To report severe weather, send an email to ONstorm@ec.gc.ca.
