Caledon OPP and Caledon Fire & Emergency Services say that their 12th annual Shop With a First Responder event was a success.

On December 1st, local first responders hosted 40 children for its Shop With a First Responder event.

The event is a partnership with the OPP, emergency services, the Optimist Club of Caledon, the Town of Caledon, and Caledon Community Services among others.

Families are selected based on financial need or if they’re facing a crisis.
