One person is in hospital after a fire in Alliston.
Nottawasaga OPP are investigating the blaze, which happened around 6:20 yesterday morning.
The fire was at an address on the 3rd Line in the Township of Essa.
When police arrived, the residence was fully engulfed in flames.
One person was taken to a Toronto-area trauma centre and treated for their injuries.
Police have reason to believe that a second adult was unable to exit the residence and is currently unaccounted for.
The Nottawasaga OPP Crime Unit and OPP Forensic Identification Services are investigating, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, in conjunction with the Office of the Fire Marshall.
The OPP says there is no known threat to public safety, but they are asking that everyone avoid the area.
