An 18 year old man has been charged with arson after a fire at a home in Alliston.
Monday night firefighters were called to a structure in the back section of a two-storey home on Treetops Boulevard just before 9 pm.
Fire crews were able to put the flames out within minutes.
No one was hurt in the fire and an investigation was started.
The fire was determined to be suspicious and as a result a man from New Tecumseth has been charged.
