Orangeville is planning to reopen some recreation amenities.
As part of the Phase 2 reopening, some recreation facilities including pools and splash pads could reopen soon.
Town staff are currently reviewing provincial guidelines and waiting on further direction from Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health.
Officials say they need to develop protocols to be able to reopen recreation facilities and bring back necessary staff who are on layoff and train them on those new rules.
Plans are underway for re-opening facilities in a phased approach with dates to be announced soon.
