At the Keady Livestock Market on Tuesday, July 25th 32 head of steers, heifers, cows and bulls were on offer.
Cows and bulls sold slightly higher.
Steer calves up to 600 pounds sold from $1.85 to $2.45, while heifers sold to $1.50.
Heifers weighing over 1100 pounds sold to $1.34.
Cull cows sold from 92 cents to $1.06 while bulls sold to $1.34.
At the calf, sheep and goat barn 90 dollar calves were on offer, selling higher.
Holstein male calves weighing 100 to 150 pounds sold up to $455 per head.
There were 84 sheep and goats on offer.
Market lambs weighing 50-64 pounds sold to $3.17 per pound while Billy Goats sold up to $150 per head.
At the small animal sale, Geese sold to 26 dollars each while Doves topped at 17.
Turkey Poulets stopped at 18 dollars per bird while Gray Call Ducks sold to 60.
