At the Keady Livestock Market on Tuesday, 213 head of steers, heifers, cows and bulls were on offer.
Good quality stocker and feeder cattle sold 2-3 higher while cows sold steady.
Steer calves up to 600 pounds sold from $2.31 to $2.32.
Steers weighing 6-800 pounds to $2.20 while heifers sold from $1.35 to $2.07.
Steers weighing 800-1000 pounds sold from $1.55 to $1.85, while heifers sold to $1.79.
Cull cows sold from 92 cents to $1.01 while bulls sold to $1.16. Bred cows sold up to $1,300 a piece.
At the calf, sheep and goat barn 125 dollar calves were on offer, selling steady.
Holstein male calves weighing 100 to 150 pounds sold up to $400 per head.
There were 169 sheep and goats on offer.
Market lambs weighing 50-64 pounds sold to $2.50 per pound while Billy Goats sold up to $230 per head.
At the small animal sale, Female Mini Lop Rabbits sold to 15 dollars each while Pea Fowl topped at 65. Americana Roosters stopped at 14 dollars per bird while Goslings sold to 21.
