Here are the prices from Tuesday at the Keady Livestock Market.
At the Keady Livestock Market on Tuesday -- 1,077 head of presorted and vaccinated steers, heifers, were on offer selling on strong demand with good buyer representation.
Steer calves up to 600 pounds sold up to 3 dollars and 68 cents and the same in heifers sold from 2 dollars 78 to 3 dollars and 59 cents.
Steers 600 to 800 pounds sold from 2 dollars and 62 cents to 2 dollars and 96 cents and the same weight in heifers sold up to 2 dollars and 64 cents.
Steers weighing 800 to a thousand pounds sold from 2 dollars and 32 cents to 2 dollars and 44 cents while heifers sold for up to 2 dollars and 29 cents.
At the hog barn, 70 dollar calves were on offer, selling steady.
Holstein male calves weighing 100 to 150 pounds sold up to 382 dollars per head.
Market lambs weighing 95 to 109 pounds sold to 2 dollars and 15 cents per pound.
Nanny goats sold up to 125 dollars.
At the small animal sale, Mixed Rabbits sold to 5 dollars each while Silkie Hens topped at 3 dollars.
Bourbon Turkey pairs sold to 15 dollars a bird while Golden Pheasants stopped at 19.
