Prices from Tuesday at the Keady Market.

At the Keady Livestock sale on Tuesday -- 467 head of stocker cattle and cows were on offer.

All classes of cattle sold on crisp demand with price increases of one to three dollars per hundred weight higher.

Steer calves up to 600 pounds sold to a dollar 97 per pound and the same in heifers sold up to a dollar 66.

Steers from 600 to 800 pounds sold from a dollar 47 to a dollar 63 per pound and the same weight in heifers sold from a dollar 50 to a dollar 60.

Steers 800 to a thousand pounds sold from a dollar 33 to a dollar 52, and heifers to a dollar 39.

Cull cows sold from 69 to 84 cents per pound and cull bulls from 91.

At the hog barn, 64 dollar calves were on offer, selling at barely steady prices.

Holstein male calves weighing 100 to 150 pounds sold from 157 to 295 dollars per head.

Market lambs from 50 to 64 pounds sold up to 2 dollars and 13 cents per pound while billy goats topped at 143 dollars per head.

At the small animal sale, Guinea Fowl sold to 13 dollars per piece while Ready to Lay Pullets stopped at 14.

Muscovy Drakes sold to 15 dollars apiece while Muscovy Duck Families topped at 35.
