Grey Bruce Farmers Week opens today with the focus on Beef.
The next six days are going to be all about farming at the Elmwood Community Centre.
The 45th annual Grey Bruce Farmers Week begins today.
It's hosted by Grey County Agricultural Services and Manager Ray Robertson tells us their event has become one of the largest of its kind in Ontario.
Each day will focus on a different commodity -- and Robertson says coming up with them was the the easy part.
Last year -- Grey Bruce Farmers Week attracted over 12 hundred people.
Today is Beef Day -- and a number of speakers will be on hand.
There's also Dairy Day tomorrow and there will also be a daily focus on goats, sheep, horses and crops.
