Receipts for the first half of 2009 are down.

The fair season continues this weekend with the 151st edition of the Markdale Fall Fair.
It begins today and continues right through to Sunday.
Fair Secretary Kate Russell says they will have something for everyone -- with a midway, games, good and entertainment.
Russell says they also received provincial funding to expand the kids entertainment under a big top tent this year.
The ambassador competition is being held tonight and Sunday features the live horse pull.
The annual plowing match in Huron County also takes place today.
This year it's being held just outside of Exeter and up to 300 people are expected to check out the competition -- which also features antique and horse drawn plows.
Jeff McGavin -- the President of the Huron Plowmen's Association -- says plowing is a rich part of the farm history in the area.
The Queen of the Furrow competition also takes place this afternoon.
